Z’DRAINAGE VERTICAL OUTLET

The vertical outlet in stainless steel that can be delivered in many diameters and lengths and with different integrated roof membrane types. As accessories you will find a large number of extension pipes, sealing rings, leaf grates and heating elements

APPLICATION
The vertical outlet is used for vertical drainage of flat roofs with bitumen or foil (single ply) membrane. The outlet secures a watertight connection between the roof surface and the drain pipe below the roof surface.

MATERIALS
Pipe and protection ring is made from acid proof stainless steel AISI 316 / EN 1.4401.
The flange is made from stainless steel AISI 304/EN 1.4301 for bitumen membrane and from coated mild steel for foil membrane.
Membranes in SBS or APP bitumen as well as various foil types are Integrated from factory.

APPROVALS
The products is developed, tested, certified according to the DS/EN 1253 standard by the German TUV Rheinland test institute.

Z’DRAINAGE HORIZONTAL OUTLET

The roof outlet’s flange is bent 90° by the inlet, so it can be installed horizontally. The inlet end is square and the outlet end is round with a standard DN-diameter.

APPLICATION
The horizontal roof outlet is most commonly used for drainage through a parapet.

MATERIALS
Pipe and protection ring is made from acid proof stainless steel AISI 316 / EN 1.4401.
The flange is made from stainless steel AISI 304/EN 1.4301 for bitumen membrane, and from coated mild steel flange for foil membrane.
Membranes in SBS or APP bitumen as well as various foil types are Integrated from factory.

APPROVALS
The outlet is manufactured in accordance with EN1253 which specifies requirements for construction and function, and is manufactured in accordance with DIN 18200 which specifies requirements for serial production.

Z’DRAINAGE ANGULAR OUTLET

The angular roof outlet is similar to the vertical roof outlet, but the pipe has a 92° angle immediately after the intlet so water is drained horizontally from the roof. The angular roof outlet can be supplied in all standard diametres from 50 mm to 110 mm with various roof membrane types.

APPLICATIONS
The outlet is used on flat roofs with bitumen or foil membranes where a vertical drainage point must be connected to a horizontal drain pipe. The outlet ensures a watertight connection between the roof surface and the drain pipe.

Pipe and assembly ring is made from acid proof stainless steel AISI 316 / EN 1.4401.
The flange is made from stainless steel AISI 304/EN 1.4301 for bitumen membrane, and from coated mild steel for foil membrane.
Membranes in SBS or APP bitumen as well as various foil types are Integrated from factory.

APPROVALS
The angular outlet is not certified but is manufactured according to guide lines of DS/EN 1253. Pipes for all types of outlets are certified according to DS/EN 1124.
